Casas a Sul – Helena da Ponte Unipessoal, Lda. (hereinafter referred to as this Entity or Casas a Sul) is a legal entity, and in the course of its business activity, it may be necessary to collect personal data from its clients/users. Considering the clients’ right to privacy, Casas a Sul does not collect any personal information without the prior consent of the data subjects.
Regarding the navigation and use of Casas a Sul's website by its users, data is collected through cookies to optimize and enhance the browsing experience. These cookies may or may not be stored on the user’s computer or device.

Although the entity is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO), it has internally appointed a DPO to handle matters related to Personal Data Protection. - Registry Operators: Data management with operators such as ICANN, DNS.PT, EURID, among others, and data management in web service profiles.
- Security and Control Management: Access logs, incident logs, physical and online security.
- Backup Management: Backup policy, access, recovery, deletion, or overwriting.
- Legal Obligations: Compliance with legal data transmission requirements.
- Recruitment: Collection and processing of candidate personal data, not transmitted to third parties without prior consent.
- Data Transmission to Third Parties
As a rule, collected data is not shared with third parties unless legally required or strictly necessary for the activity.
Under GDPR, in the event of data transmission to third parties, the following procedures are followed: unequivocal information to the data subject of the reason for transmission, consent (except when legally required), ensuring confidentiality, security, and protection.
