Casa Marisol Albufeira is the perfect place for those seeking a holiday in a central location. The popular area known as “The Strip” is just a few minutes walk away in one direction and the “Old Town” of Albufeira in the other direction.
This property is ideal for all age groups and there is a variety of different beaches that you can walk to from this lovely house.
As you enter the house you will be greeted by a warm hallway, off of this hallway you have the kitchen, laundry room with a washing machine and a downstairs WC.
To get to the open plan living / dining room you have to pass a central atrium that has a glass wall that lets the light flood into the whole house.
The living / dining room, has patio doors which open out to the private terrace area that hosts the BBQ and outdoor patio furniture. At the end of the furnished terrace you have a gate that leads you down to the large grass area, shared swimming pool and tennis court.
The second floor has 2 bedrooms, both with double beds (one bedroom has an suite shower room). The main bedroom also has a balcony that overlooks the patio and beautiful grounds, gardens, swimming pool and tennis court. There is also on this floor a family bathroom with bath.
